This means waking up at a time that would have given you a full nights rest (7-8 hours), making sure you eat a healthy breakfast, thoroughly following whatever diet plan you downloaded, drinking plenty of water throughout the day (I recommend 1/2 your body weight in ounces), doing a good workout, and then going to bed at a reasonable time.
When you make the first day the most successful day, this sets the stage for ongoing motivation to stay consistent with reaching your goals!
